OK, I know there are some GUI/frontends out there already, but none that I have found would let you load custom PNG files. So here is my little contribution to the PSP scene written in AutoIt called PopStyler. This program does most of the dirty work for you, providing you have the proper files in place. Here is the feature list (if you can call it that :) )
PopStyler v0.1
http://img72.imageshack.us/img72/6376/ssgr0.png
-Frontend for popstation.exe
-Load custom ICON0.PNG, PIC0.PNG, PIC1.PNG
-If PIC0.PNG is left blank, a transparent file will be substituted
-If PIC1.PNG is left blank, a generic PSX background will be substituted (background by joem, found here (http://forums.maxconsole.net/showpost.php?p=331798&postcount=32))
-Choose the location to save the EBOOT.PBP
-Copies the KEYS.BIN file to the same directory as the newly created EBOOT.PBP
***Notes***
-Your custom PNG files can be located anywhere on your PC. If you are going to place your picture files (ICON0, PIC0, PIC1) in the popstation sub-directory, please DO NOT use the default filenames as the program creates temp files with the same names, then deletes them upon completion.
-PopStyler will replace PIC0.PNG with a blank file unless you enter a path for a new PIC0.PNG. Honestly, I don't know why you would want the Hot Shots Golf 2 overlay info on your newly created Castlevania EBOOT, but hey, who am I to judge?
-This program does NOT edit the EBOOT title or Disc ID. You will still have to hexedit the EBOOT to correct the savegame issues (as discussed elsewhere in the forums)
-Check out the "README" for install instructions.
I am open to suggestions, so feel free to comment. I hope someone other than myself gets some use out of this.

Wish you would have made this 30 minutes ago....I just finished converting 7 PSX CD's that I own with Ultra ISO. This would have been a bit easier.
Thanks though. I'm sure I'll be using it soon. ^_~

Like the option to remove the UNKNOWN.png I think it's called so I don't see the HOT SHOTS GOLF window pop up.

Thanks a whole lot. I don't have to go to the mess of moving all my images around and stuff. The other GUI didn't work for me, so I decided to use command prompt.. seems easier to me. But, why use it when you have a GUI available? ^^

Open your base eboot with PSPBREW and delete the unknown.png in the lower right hand corner of the program. It shows the files inside the eboot.

Hmm, when i hex the popstation.exe and save it and try to convert, it tells me to put a popstation.exe in the directory where popstyles is even though its already in there.

I just tried it, works for me. Did you put the popstation.exe in the PopStyler/popstation sub-directory? Also, did you save the EXE under a different name? That will cause problems too.

OH got it. Thank youu very much emunutz. This gui only creates the keys.bin right. So I just use the generated keys.bin file to make my eboot file, but i should still keep the original hotshots2 one right? just chekcing
hmm.. am i suppose to get an eboot file too?

It does create the EBOOT.PBP, and places it in the destination directory selected when you press "Convert". Actually, the program only copies the KEYS.BIN file from the "popstation" sub-directory, no editing involved. The reason I have PopStyler copy KEYS.BIN is because when the program finishes, you can directly copy the destination folder to your PSP :)

There is ONE thing that you need to add to make this perfect.
And that is the ability to change the name, and the gamesave info so that every PSX file makes it's own unique gamesave, with it's own name.
maybe if you're feeling like going the extra mile you could get it to replace that document.dat with a 0kb file or something
THEN you'll make front page news for sure!

Thank for this tool....
it works really great
btw, a great addition would be the ability to load a custom PARAM.SFO since its the file with the game name and the scus...

This definitely looks nicer. Also like the fact that it replace the pic0 to blank on default.
KingSquitter's GUI (for now anyway) only let you change the 5 digit ID but not the "SCUS" code in front of the ID (Some game has ID format such as SLUS-xxxxx), if you are going to continue this project, please keep this in mind for us that actually care to input the correct game ID code.
Keep up the good work.
