Hi, just a quick question, games like CC and FFVII has more than one disk, do we need to link the iso files or just convert them separately?

i think convert them seperatley, but you can only play multi disc games that you can save before the switch

Most multi disc games on the PS1 allow you to save before changing the disc so save and then load up the next converted disc

if it is possible...
I know FFVII for PC has basically all the same files on each disc..
(Could be the same for PSX) only thing different are the video files and the files stating that it is indeed Disc1 or Disc2 or Disc3..
on my PC I managed to stitch all the CD's together and have it all run off the hard drive, Reunion patch and No CD all in one.. 1.4 gigs tho..
so having all the FFVII PSX CD's stitched together would make for one HUGE file.. and alot of people only have a 1 gig card (unless they were extra good for Xmas... :))

Here's an idea: maybe you should try to unpack all ISOs and rebuild them to one.
Or try to unpack all ISOs except the first (boot) and put all files from them to the first ISO. And try not to overwrite files in the first ISO (or try to overwrite it, I don't know...)
I haven't got any PSX games now, so I couldn't try if it works.

hm thanks for the suggestion but i think the saving before disk switch idea seems work the best because i tried unpacking all 3 disks for FFVII and stitching them together with magiciso but it keeps on giving me errors and also i think some files overwrite each other, but yeah for now i think just convert separately will work the best, o btw prolly confirmed many times but FFVII works beautifully. i'm gonna try Command and Conquer next and post it in the test thread.
