There's a wealth of really excellent home brew material out there for the GameCube, but how do you get it to run on your happening console? Our GameCube/Wii SD Media Launcher has the answer...

With GameCube/Wii SD Media Launcher, you can run all your home brew Cube software on an unmodified GameCube, or on a Nintendo Wii in GameCube Mode. All you need to do is download the program of your choice from one of the many web pages dedicated to amateur programming on the Cube. Drag and drop it onto the 1GB SD card supplied with the Media Launcher, then plug it into your Wii or GameCube. Launch the application CD on your console and the home brew program is run from there. Easy!

Wouldn't this equal the AR+SD adapter combo? Anyone tried it yet? If it works with GCOS and you can boot all homebrew/backups it might be a very interesting all in one solution.

I've been keeping my eye out for this one, I'm interested in the homebrew for the cube, but i will wait until it's actually in the shops, not like that AR for cube, datel took my money and the dam thing is not even released yet.

Actually this is great idea. All we need is .DOL wich can load ISO file from SD... like emulator do for roms and stuff.... and 2 GB SD Card .... so we can put GameCube ISO file to SD and load them ... with 4 GB SD we can have 3 games per card.

Maybe emu_kid can do it with GCOS ... and with this he can make DOL which can be runed from GC and Wii.

Same as streaming, .... no need for drive patch (wich doesn't work on wii) or other "hack" stuff.

I have question. Would it be possible to play backups with this SD launcher ?
Like with loading GCOS first and swap the disc's (or use the lan server).
I heard it did'nt work on the Wii, but what about Gamecube, can't find anything.
If it's possible, wil I need anything else?
