PlayStation Network Account Registration Open For Europe

The title pretty much sums it up. Even though Europe will not see the PS3 until March, you can sign up to secure your network name <a href="https://account.np.ac.playstation.net/accounts/register/beginNewAccountRegistrationFlow.action" target="_blank">here</a>. Be quick, as I am sure the names will go fast!

Just grabbed my account which I will switch from my fake US account once the Sony Network is rolled out here. For now, look out for SockPuppet but in the future look out for Xenomorph (particularly during the Alien games once they are eventually made)!!

Naturally, I wanted to grab Zetsurin, but since that word means h0rny/s3x god in Japanese it's understandable that either a cheeky Japanese otaku grabbed it or it's simply a banned username.

I never received a confirmation email when I registered using Firefox. Maybe AdBlock caught something? Trying to register through IE now instead. Either way the MS Live registration was much faster.

Worked fine with IE. Now "Walkir" is taken :D

Yeah I think ya can't do ones with spaces as I tried to make the same as my XBOX LIVE Gamertag Rockman Joey but my PLAYSTATION NETWORK ID is rockmanjoey

But yes, it also does hint it aint gonna be delayed YEH!!!!!!!!!!
