There is one othere chip, but you need to make it yourself, and it only allows you to run homebrew code, not backups.

ok but seriously...it's just the only one so they can charge what they like.

sorry I do agree with you but there's no point complaining about the price, there's nothing noone can do about it until the clones come, if they do...then prices will fall.

it doesnt matter if its cheaper its still fairly crappy and still pot luck (with your console/drive revisions)
