got it all hooked up works fine just the lan light never lights up unless the cable is unhooked then its on all the time but when the cable is in the light never comes on the HD light works fine

any suggestions

Now thats a strange one I would need to know which set of diagrams were used for the install as I suspect an incorrect data signal point has been used to feed the LED!

Well thats kinda what i was thinking so i just got done taking it apart and checking the points and yep i put it on the wrong point "damit" :mad: oh well works now :D nothing a little solder cant fix right thanks for the reply though

i know right the guide i used pointed at where i done it but a closer look shows a differnt point

I see your point they could have been a bit more accurate with the arrow .... Luck for them it wasnt a 12v feed that would have blown the arse outta the LED and the PCB for sure..... Well all sorted now and maybe any peeps who read this along with yourself will know next time.... As my grandad used to say if we could be born with the right answers to every question or challenge then life would be so predictable
