pretty interesting, especially seeing how many different kind of reviews Red Steel is getting, apparently you really like it or you hate it. seems like the famitsu reviewers liked it fairly well to 8's and 2 9's.

im losing faith in famitsu's ratings very very fast, aftre those ridiculous PS3 scores and now these, i dont believe these are fair revies at all.
I can understand then liking the gundam game, but im pretty sure its not worth anywhere near the score they have given it, niether are the majority of the others.
Im also wii'ed off that japan gets warioware on launch and we dont! grrrr!

Reviews seem ok Red steel and Gundam are not so high scored around the us reviews according to metareviews, the rest fits.
Well first i wanted red steel then decided not to get it cause of gamespot review, now a few good reviews poppingup 8/10 and now the famitsu one, i guess ill give it a go now. Seems to have a learning curve from an 1 hour or so its said. :)

i have seen some 9's from US reviews of Red Steel, it really seems to be a game that hinges on personal preference. or perhaps on personal bias, for instance how many people reviewed Red Steel are there that are looking for nothing but amazing graphics?

hey if you don't like the Wii then don't go around saying crap about it, as much as you bash it, and take the time to do it, you must have a secret, that being that you like the Wii. if you didn't like the Wii you wouldn't waste so much time talking about it, that or you have absolutely no life at all.

I never have trusted Famitsu mostly because they're always giving high scores to mediocre games. Red Steel is the best example: 8,9,9,8. If you go to gamerankings it only has a 67% average score from 13 different reviews. I really don't think the game is much different from here to there that it would go from a sub 70% game to a 8-9 game just by the different country it was released in.
