Ever wonder if and when Blue Ray game .iso's would be ready in the future, if you could store them on your new PS3 HDD. Well it has been done (the huge HDD that is), and working 100%. Gonna cost you a few bucks for the drive from what I could find at Newegg ($379), but the drive cable is cheap

What you'll need are 2 items:
SATA HDD (One mentioned below that I found)

Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 750GB, SATA II NCQ, 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive
http://www.newegg.com/

Model: ST3750640AS
Interface: SATA 3.0Gb/s
Capacity: 750GB
RPM: 7200 RPM
Cache: 16MB

And the other item needed:
Sata Male>Female extension ($14.99)

22 pin male to female power and data SATA adapter custom cable.

Would this work? http://us.st11.yimg.com/us.st.yimg.com/I/cooldrives_1924_3259899

I have a 80GB 3.5" 10,000RPM 16MB cache drive at home, if I buy this converter can I use this HD for my PS3? Where can I buy it?
