This game seems a lot more appealing then before as it is really a Wii adaptation of the Tony Hawk franchise which i didn't know personally... It looks more like a racing game then a trick fashion Tony Hawk. I just hope their is a portion of the game that is more like the good old Tony Hawk but seeing it looks very good. Looks like a SSX meets Tony Hawk which i find quite nice indeed. Oh well, only thing left is to actually play the sucker ^^!

I think the Wii is going to be just like the Gamecube. You know the party console that you break out when everyone is over drinking. The one you take your friends house to play some games. I know the Wii is so much more but I think it's going to servce the same purpose. I can't wait for the new Mario Party.... am I the only person that managed to turn it into a drinking game?

probably, ya.
I just got to try out the wii today when I walked into work at gamestop. What a surprise. I didn't even know we were getting it in! The rumble sucks though. it's more like a slight vibration and I'm wondering why they even added it. And the kiosk was fuckin horrible. They decided to put the sensor bar in a really bad place for teh kiosk so you have to hold your controller sometimes over your head for the game to work like it should. That's the kiosks fault though and should not be confused with any sort of wii problem. it works fine if you hold it high (with the kiosk).
When you visit a gamestop and play it make sure you find where the sensor bar is, find a good position and unfortunetly hold your controller a little higher then you normally would. I'm not a wii fanboy. I'm not a fanboy of any kind. But holy **** I almost cried playing excitetruck. I was smiling, yelling things like "yes!". I haven't felt the need to yell out "yes!" in such a long time it was a lift of my spirit. It made me really wonder why they named it something so wiitarded and didn't call it a revolution. It truely is.
Go to gamestop and get you some wii!

Go to gamestop and get you some wii! i work at a gamestop and we got ours today as well i think the game is alright nothing special about it at all. and how cheap is nintendo they give us a hdtv then they hook it up with regular old av cable were the hell is the component cable to play the games in 480p. i now know for sure im selling the one i get nothing really special about it but thats just one game they should have put a better game in the unit one that uses both the wii mote and the numchuck part oh well it will do okay but its no 360 i can tell you that. bring your id if you want to play at gamestop no id no play it was fun not letting 13- 14 year olds not play they dont have id so bring your parents or you wont be trying at the store i work at haha we have to have some fun but it is store policy as nintendo wont replace the wii mote if it gets stolen or lost. the wii mote does feel a little cheap a lot smaller to then i thought 40 bucks is pretty much a ripp off for it. and before people get mad i think 50 for the 360 controller is ripp off two. but sure beats 60 for both parts for the wii

man tony hawk games have really gotten sh!te, its no longer fun like it used to be, its now just a skateboarding racing game, i prefared it when it was actually skate boarding back on the PSX, finding tapes, S.K.A.T.E and having to win competitions.
Tony Hawks whent down since the Tony hawk underground blah blah blah!

that is so weak! I dont think console gaming is going to beat the dual analog control. as far as gaming goes, moving a piece of plastic in front of the screen is not going to make you feel like your skateboarding. at least the wi is going to have red steel type games that are actually going to make sense using the wiimote as a control device.

Then you need to put down the controller, leave work after you clock out and not hang around to play games, and find a person of the opposite sex, or same sex if you prefer.
:D :D :D
