Just a bit of visual confirmation that the PS3 has received its FCC approval, what's next for Sony's next-gen machine you may ask? FDA apporval of course...

Seeing as Sony's PlayStation 3 costs as much as two months' food budget, we're going to have to choose to either eat or play. We of course chose play, but if the FDA says the wireless SIXAXIS is safe to consume, we may not have to.

Also why would you try to eat 3 controllers anyway surely one is enough to fill you up? Im assuming the GIZMODO story is meant as a joke and theyre not planing on eating a sixaxis controller. The FCC isnt for food, its the Federal Communicatons Commision.

I'll be the first to say that I'm not a PS3 fan, and I don't mind any type of news that's posted... I found this an slightly interesting, albeit short, news item;

If only what one group of people consider news was all that was ever posted, that would lead to a very controlled, very skewed website... The nature of the web is everyone's opinion, so regardless of how insignificant to some people the news is, it's still worth a mention, as it may interest someone...

(That's really one of the things I love about this place! Even odds & ends news bytes get posted here, while other sites only post what a few people consider newsworth in their view)
