It's obviously not the MMD. Does anybody have a clue Or is this merely a prototype mock-up?

Its actually another version of the MMD that they are supposed to be producing. The only place I've seen it is on the bestbuy website, supposedly it will use memory sticks, so it will be easier to switch out cards. Honestly, I don't understand why they don't just support what they already have out there...

Plus, thats a long way for a thin peripheral to stick out, which is a tad concerning to me.

If that is as cheap as the current Max Media dock ($35) then Im getting one!

EDIT: Just checked Bestbuy online, $38....well, if i can find it in store, i will keep it in mind
