It don't read the Datel 4Gb config.txt at startup.
It just start the UMD
Specify a program to autoexecute at startup. - Not load
Hold left trigger to boot into last used firmware on devhook - Not load
modules to load and start at the startup with the vsh. - Not load
It works with th 1Gb, so it's not the custom firmware.
Can someone help me with it.

The only way to fix the problem is to format the drive under windows.
First run Command Prompt, Then type in the following:
FORMAT X: /FS:FAT
Where X is, is your PSP drive letter.
When asked about 64kb clusters say No.
That will fix your problem, thats what I had to do
Hope this works for you.

Ah, the DATEL 4GB Hard Drive does not have the same memory defragmentation as a normal memory stick pro duo. AFAIK, it is more compressesd which causes custom firmware mods and sometimes certain versions of Dev hook (most files for that matter) to incorrectly boot.
The other possible reasons why it might not be working, are the following:
1. Is the 2.71.PBP and index.dat in the PSP/SYSTEM folder?
2. Do you have a DEVBOOT.PBP file in the same location?
3. Do you have a custom vshex.prx in the same location?
4. Do you have the AIOMod.prx in the same location?
Finally, double check to ensure that these modules are correctly properly entered in the config text file (remember to remove the # from the loadmodules).
If this does not work, then the only thing I can think of is that it must be another DATEL 4GB compatibility issue.
Hope this helps!

I have all the files in the system folder except 2.71.PBP and index
I don't have these on the 1Gb MS and with this one it works.
What do you mean with 2.71.PBP and index,is this the update 2.71

Sorry, can you elaborate on what you actually want to do with the custom firmware auto boot, cos I am kinda lost!
EDIT: I'll tell you what, post your config.txt file (PSP/SYSTEM folder) and then I might be able to decipher your problem.

Ah hah! I know exactly what your problem is, you have forgotten to remove the #'s in some critical locations.
You have done this in both the "Hold Trigger" section and you have repeated the same mistake in the "loadmodules" section (except for "loadmodule1").
I must remind you that when it comes to loading certain commands/prx's the #'s are in place for the user's reference ONLY, otherwise the modules are not fully enabled when the custom firmware is executed (#'s must be removed when intending to load modules upon coldboot).
Use this config.txt instead, I have tested this myself and it works perfectly, providing that you have all the files needed and they are in the correct locations.
If this does not work, then it could be a hardware issue.
Hope this helps!
Download below (unzip rar and extract to ms0:/PSP/SYSTEM):
EDIT: You must have the 2.71.PBP file in the PSP/SYSTEM folder or your PSP will not autoboot into 2.71 when the left trigger is held. What this PBP file does is load the previously used emulated firmware and uses your FW files directly from your dh folder on your memory stick so that you can successfully boot to DH 2.71 FW - i.e. it is basically a shortcut file to load your 2.71 FW files from the memory stick.

I have a devhook 45 full mod working 100%, im try devhook 44 and the same thing works propely, but the cuestion is.. why devhook 46 run with NAND install, charge very faster a 75% more faster than 44 and 45 versions, then why not run any game? in the xmb with 2.71 emulated try to run any game and the same thing black screen and no response.. may be for umdciso.prx?
pd: to run devhook 46 open umd case always.. before press start devhook in config menu if not make this not run.
sorry 4 my english
