Heres my main problem. After finally getting my team executer 360 connector kit (after a week of trying to get one) i finally thought yes! i can boot my 360 drive into mode b on my pc and then flash it. But no!

My problem is that my pc sees the drive as its booting up (you can see it in bios). But when i get into windows i cannot see the drive, ive tried looking in disk management and storage but the drive doesnt appear there either. I assume i have a compatible mobo as it shows up in bios

Ive defo got the team executer device set in debug mode so it should show up in window as mode b.

Ive tried the drive with media inside it and ive tried it with nothing inside the drive. Im getting no results at all.

Please if you know whats wrong reply a.s.a.p as i will be very greatful as i am stumped!

thx in advance

your doing an hitachi?

if your trying it with a samsung, you dont run windows.you boot to dos.i'm sure your doing a sammy drive.you got to do it from floppy(thats how i do it)and you leave the debug button up,all the buttons.and dont stick dvd's in it.you flash that drive with dvd's in it.expect to buy another drive or xbox360!

you removed the drive completely from the xbox360?

if you got onboard you might have to disable raid in bios and switch to native ide.i cant advise on that i got no onboard only a card.

so you hook a sata lead to the drive and to the sata master port.the kit to the drive and then you put power in the kit from the pc.sometimes you gotta leave the power of the kit from the pc,when you get windows then put the power lead from the pc to the kit, wait for 10-20 secs then look in my computer and it should be there.

or check device management in my computer.if it dosnt show up its probably cos you got to have raid disabled.it might be in peripheral configuration or whatever its called.

you should have the 47d folder in my documents.then once you had it you should have just flashed it.mind you might have had an error occur with the pc!

go start/run/type CMD

dos boots up.

type:
cd my documents hit enter.
cd 47d hit enter.
xtreme.bat (then type the letter it was given.make sure theres a space after xtreme.bat)hit enter.on the next screen hit enter.the flash runs 7 lines i think.hit enter after every line.make sure that every line says done if one dosnt at the end start again.it will say complete at the end.

also check your sata is enabled and working properly.when it reset it might have become disabled.if you have to uninstall the drivers and reinstall them and do it again.to enable and check your card.go my computer/manage/device manager/scsi raid controllers and it will be in there.then check its properties and work from there.

to reinstall drivers you need to uninstall from that menu.then go add hardware in control panel or see if you can do it from my computer.
