hi is there any install service for the uk (mod chip store wont do it anymore :<) that costs less than 150 Gp cheers

If your going with scroller ask scroller... :rolleyes:

LOL: I expect he hasnt had a PSP sit more than a day or two, and depending on your postal services.. at a guess (if you didnt notice, I am not scroller) one or two weeks?

next day or three day turn around at most at the moment, this is going to change soon with the amount of orders im getting to what comes monday tue wed will all ship on a thursday and what comes in friday will ship monday giving me 2 days off friday and saturday and working sunday ready for monday shipment.

scroller: I meant also with transport to and from you... which really depends; I mean, if the guy can bring it in the day you have time for it... but if shipping is used, it also adds in the shipping time too ;)

our postal service is guarenteed next day delivery to anywhere in the uk mate i should have said next day after it hitting the bench which is the third day after sending 4th day after sending at max.

im just an installer and dont supply my install charge is £30 + return postage.

im sorry if i sound like a complete newbie but basically whay does the UP do cos i got my xbox (NOT 360) chipped and its great i can copy gmae sonto hdd and play them off the hdd, so what does the psp modchip do. also whats all the stuff i have read bout devhook and loaders and exploits in firmware.

PLEASE HELP ME SCROLLER IM CONFUSED :confused:

tbh if you have a 1.50 dont bother use hombrew and devhook for any backups you own.

if you have a 2.60 or below you can upgrade to 2.60 then downgrade back to 1.50 later versions namely 2.71 and UP you need the UP to do the above.

right well i have one more question for the moment, if i was to get a chip installed is there any way i can turn the chip off and use the psp normally for updating.

just hold l1 on boot and the orignal flash will boot bypassing the UP until next boot :)
