View Full Version : Flashme V7 on DS Lite European Version

Hi there ppl ..
I just flashed with success my brand new Ds Lite (Eur version) .. I flashed the normal flashme version .. Assuming that I'd like to put in the stealth version, have I to first use noflashme and THEN the stealth fw?

After flashing, i discovered also that i can't return to my original firmware so maybe this question is old, but know anyone if loopy is planning to release a new version of flashme that solve this problem?

no you dont have to noflashme before you use flashme stealth

maby he is releasing something like that in the future.. but i dont think that many people want to unflash their lite´s beqause of the risk of bricking them

Thanx for the reply Whitewiz... Are you sure about this? I tried to flash the stealth version ON the normal version of flashme, the flashing process stopped at 66% then I made the SL1 contact and all ok until the 100%. But when I rebooted the DS all was like before, no health screen.. so i must think that i cannot flash v7 stealth on v7 normal .. or am I wrong something?

I have a supercard mini sd, i don't think that this is the problem ...
Anyway at the mom the most important thing would be to know that there will be in future a new release of flashme to solve the firmware prob..

Then how the hell is he going to Flash it?
But if you're talking about BOOTING without a flashcart in the slot to see if it works, I don't know. Turn it on while holding the select button and it should go into a normal DS boot.
Unless you have the settings set to auto-launch whatever is in there when booting the system?

Sorry, that's what I meant. Booting up without a flash cart to see if you get the health screen.

Seems as my flashing with stealth was good. If I boot without a flash cart I GET the health screen, so I have the stealth ..

Why doesn't MaxConsole host the Lite version of flashme? It took me a few hours to find it.
