G6 Lite vs M3 Mini-SD

Which should I choose?
G6 Lite or M3 Mini-SD?
I got money only for G6 Lite+Pass3 or M3 Mini-SD+Pass3+512MB(or maybe if I find a very cheap one 1GB)
So which should I choose?
I am most interested to have a good speed and very good functionallity...
What you reccomand me?
