I bought a premodded psp from them, and when i got it, the strip that connects to the usb connector is partially torn. I've tried emailing them several times over the past 3 days, and still i've gotten no response even with critical urgency. Also, it appears that my account there was deleted, even though i have the email that tells me my username and password, which they claim is false.

I mean, this is really out of hand, what should i do???

What is your support Ticket ID? Remember if you send multiple messages, that every time you send a new message without a previous response it moves your messages to the very end of the line, hense causing further delays.

We do not delete any usernames, so anything you would have had created originally would still be working. Please provide me your information so that I may see your order.

MCS never scam anyone, it is very easy to jump to conclusions when money is involved. MCS just actually made a reply in this thread and I'm sure will help get the situation resolved :) .

thank you!

It will get sorted by MCS, don't feel bad however, no matter how reputable a store or someone is, it's always human isntinct to believe they have ripped you :).

What are the Support Ticket IDs for the 3 Message you have sent us? I would like to make sure that problem is fixed.

Just a note: the username/password from the email sent when creating support tickets over there has never worked for me. Dont know whats up with emailing them, 'cuz they just dont work (and definitely confuse newbies to the site).

When you email the system it should reply to you with an email login and password for that particular ticket ID. You will also receive a response emailed to you, be aware that responses will often end up in bulk mailbox or spam folders, so keep an eye out for those.

As I have mentioned before, the password and login never worked (and as the first poster was also concerned about). They always say insufficient permissions to view this or something similar (before or after the ticket is closed, in either FF or IE).
