Movies don't play in Untold Legends 2 with DH 43?

I tried Untold Legends 2 Warrior's Code, and I noticed the movies (intro, credits etc.) don't play. The screen just blanks and then nothing plays, almost like the movies were ripped, but they are there because this is a full dump, not ripped.

This is the untouched USA version in ISO format.

Any advice? Does the Euro version play the movies?

Please confirm if you can.

How do you know it a full dump? did you to it yourself?

I would suggest that you dump the ISO again.

Open the ISO up in UMDGEN 3.02 and look for the videos.

That is a known problem with the US version.. if you press start to skip the
SOE animation at the game load screen you will be able to watch videos fine
when the game screen loads.

Buy a EUR version.. that plays without problems.

Skip the SOE animation at the game load screen

OK!!! Found an easy and great way to fix this.

That stupid SOE logo movie turns out to be the problem, something is wrong with it.

So here's how to fix movies:

1) Get the ISO of the game dumped.
2) Get UMDGen
3) Relink the SOE to Movie1 pmf

Now put it on your MS and no more stupid SOE logo, and the movies all play fine. :)

The ONLy oddity is that the intro movie (movie1) will play twice in a row when you startup the game, because it thinks it's playing the logo then the intro. No biggie tho. :)

Are there any blank pmf files we can get? What I mean, like a 1 second black screen movie in pmf format? So we can relink that to a movie we want to skip? That would be even better for this situation.

Works PERFECTLY!

So just add this file to the iso in UMDGen, relink SOE logo pmf to it, and save. Now you can have a perfect UL:TWC game with working movies & no replayed intro. :)
