I just bought a 1.0 used from a friend at a great price but it only came with 2 games and Im not buying any until I can get my hands on x.b.i.t. rumor has it will be out this month sometime but I'll prob wait a few weeks after just to make sure theres no unexpected problems which I doubt I think the DMS team really has it togther.

I have two boxes,

1st: 1.0 X-Box with Phoenix Bios Loader 1.1 and bigfontz (19thJuly)

2nd: 1.1 X-Box with Aladdin 'cheapmod' variant flashed with X2 4977 (I think?)

My setup is:
v1.1 - Flashed TSOP with external switch (switch from retail to xecutor2 BIOS)

v1.1 Phoenix BIOS loader 1.3

Both boxs have EvoX installed as the dash.

and x-ecutrer 4973 (old i know but im to lazy to open my box and remove the flash protection jumper)

xtender 31 wires + disable switch
tsop switched to access 2 bank of 512k or full 1meg

Using tsop debug+x2_4977 and if any kind of error flash apear i switch to xtender and boot evox and switch back to tsop and reflash ;)

Can't be more safe... BIG M$ can try to flash anytime i'm safe :D
