Has anyone tried Flashme on a NOrth American Ds LIte?

I'm wondering if anybody has gotten their hands on an American DS and tried Flashme-ing it, because I will do it with mine if it works. Pics appreciated

I just got a new Australian release one.
Released this morning.

I flashed it no problem.

Cool, maybe theres a chance for me. What passkey did you use? if passkey 2 what version? I live in the US, were supposed to get the latest firmware version.

I used a passkey 2
It had version 4 firmware on the passkey

I assume the Australian and USA DS Lite will have the same firmware.

did you have to open up your dsl to run the flashme?

just the battery cover needs opening. the SL1 hole is in the lower left. Just insulate your shorting tool and all will be cool.

What did you use? I'm thinking of using just a small flathead screwdriver with it all taped up except the end? Should that be ok?

That should do fine. I used a weeny little allen key with heatshrink around it.

Can someone help me with some answers...

I have an original PassMe from Natrium42.

I updated the code with the PassMe2 like directed on the Natrium42 successfully. I am planning on buying a DS Lite (American) today.

Do I need to put the .sav file on my GBA cart along with the flashme file too? Or just the FlashMe file?

Also, once it is flashed with FlashMe, do I still need to use the .sav file on the GBA cart?
