Tom Cruise Bans Computer Games for Kids

Hollywood mega start Tom Cruise reportedly forbids his children from playing video games and watching TV. Hey Tom, if they have no TV how do they watch you in action in some of your classic movies ? In light of his recent couch jumping antics, perhaps it really is wise for him to ban TV for his kids!

The kids, who are home-schooled by tutors from the Church of Scientology, are also encouraged to spend time outdoors.

He explains, "The kids have no computer games. And absolutely no television. None.

"They can listen to music and read just about any book they want, and they can choose the movies they want to see on the weekends, within reason.

"They also have chores, because I want them to know that it's important to work. I had a job when I was eight years old delivering newspapers.

"So for me, it's like: You want a clean room? Then you've got to clean your room. No one is going to do it for you."

The guys is a little silly in the head. I know strict Christian people who don't let their kids watch TV. But to swear and do sex scenes in movies and then to not let his kids watch TV seems kind of strange.

the funny thing about that is his kids dont even live with him but the baby he just had with that nut katie holmes. I like to respect people when I argue with them. Even if we have totally different views. But how do you respect a man like Tom Cruise when he is a double standard. The very things he says hes so against, he does. And yes he is a member/leader of a very messed up cult.

from what I understand arint his kid less than a year old not watching TV is probubley good for them and they would not be able to play video games and yeh he is a little nutcakes

It seems Tom Cruise may have a little common sense in him after all, despite his antics. I'm not particularly fond of the guy, but I say well done for teaching his kids some responsibility at least.

to be fair the antics in the video can be explained
first the water squirting mic freak out

as an actor he is usually has other people planning out what he sez and since he has people with there head up his ass telling him how great he is all the time he thinks he is a lot more insightful and intelligent than he really is so when he got sprayed he wanted to make a speech of the evils of a lowly commoner spraying the great tom cruse but since he did not have anybody telling him what to say it came out sounding retarded as for the crazy couch jumping around on the opera show he was just trying to convince everybody he is really straight

so as you can see it can be explained and although I do not like the man or his religion I do agree with him on the unnecessary overuse of mind bending drugs on our children for the most part ADD is usually just caused by bad parenting and then sence they take the pills it takes them longer to lern how to pay attention on there own and may lower there potental for lerning
