qoob sx trouble, please help.

i purchased a qoob sx modded gamecube with a custom case that allows full size dvds to play from modchipman.com. i didn't know what i was doing, i plugged my gamecube into my tv with an original disk in the tray, the qoob load screen came up, and it wasn't doing anything so i turned it off.

now it turns on, but nothing spins. is there a way to fix this? what about the "Recovery bios" i keep hearing about? what do i do?

Try holding left on the D-pad prior to boot. I beleive that this is how you get the backup BIOS to boot. I'm not claiming to have knowledge on how the QS works as compared to the QP, but since the qoobchip website does not have documentation on this (yet), I took the information from ModThatCube.

If that does not boot the backup BIOS, then you might have to check the install, unless you got a premodded Cube, then you might want to contact the installer regarding this.

that hasn't worked yet -- what am i supposed to do when i do that? am i supposed to have a bios cd in there? i haven't burned a successful bios cd yet. can i have it connected to my computer?
