support please for sports resort

I a have a chipped wii with homebrew, usb uploader gx and running system version 3.2E.

I have backed up and scrubbed wii sports resort

but when i go to load it from a harddrive like i normally do all my back ups, i get a blue screen with ERROR #002 An error has occurred

Can you please help me resolve this?

Done that mate and its not fixed anything.

Can anyone give any other advice?

Following using your advice i recorded the scrubbed game to disk and it seems to work fine, any advice what i could be doing wrong?
