Does Unlocking Clothes in Modio get you banned?

I myself am trying to figure out what gets you banned. I want to unlock some really old sports achievements that are required to be unlocked online but no one plays those games anymore. I know i can use the profile tool but I worry about unlocking online achievements.

Modio itself won't get you banned, but unlocking your clothes will, don't do it..

I think your safe with the skin colour mod, but I would test it out on maybe a silver account or something just to be safe. :D
