A few months ago I announced that I would be building a few more Xbox 360 portables, and well, here’s one now! While it looks similar to the previous model it’s once again a from-scratch redesign and has the following features:
* Built-in Ethernet port, finally.
* Built-in WiFi adapter, as usual.
* Digital pushbutton volume control rather than a clunky knob. I used a different audio amp as well, and it sounds a lot better.
* Flush-mount DVD door and side panels (such as the memory card
slots)
* IR sensor for the remote control.
* Two user USB ports.
* More air holes!
* Jasper motherboard.

Why would it happen? He has upgraded the heatsinks quite a bit.

I think the word you are looking for is modder...an extreme modder but modder non the less.
I don't think this unit would suffer from the RROD, he's modded the heatsink and moved the DVD drive away from the GPU heatsink which had to be one of the dumbest design errors ever, plus it's the Jasper so less heat issue's.
The main problem now is the E74, which is more related to the scaler chip so that might still cause a problem.

and blah...modder...can you fuze the word zeus and modder together somehow???...only then will a title fitting for him be made...

The odds of getting the RROD are pretty high, while the e74 failure rates are pretty low.

tru...thats about the only thing stopping me from buying a 360 ino...it fails...you have to find a company over here thats going to send it to the u.s. to microsoft to fix it, then you have to wait for micro, then wait for said company to bring it back....its too much of a hassle...and then theres the paying for online thing, but i might be willing to tmt for micro by paying if they cud jus fix the thing...oh yea an ben heck is THE BOSS...:D
