I doubt xbox360 can emulate gamecube/ps2/psp at a playable frame rate. Even if it has the power, there still aren't any of these emus on pc. Allright you have dolphin and pcsx2, but they cant play games at full/decent speed.
But i would love an perfect N64 emulator for the Xbox360 :D and maybe windows on it ;).

Xbox 360 can emulate an Xbox 1
Xbox 360 has 3 core's whit 6 treads (whit 512mb rams), why the hell could it not emulate a ps2 or game cube???żżż (only someone have the Wright the emus tough ;-)
Windows on a risc CPU seems not perfect (its not x86 m8), I rather would have OS 10 or panther

The architecture for both a PS2 and Gamecube are much too different than that of the Xbox. Microsoft basically had the plans for how an Xbox worked so emulating that on a 360 wasn't too much of a problem for them. However, since a PS2 and a Gamecube was never meant to see the type of hardware an Xbox has, emulating it will be difficult enough. In this case it isn't a case of available power but how to write a capable emulator for the system. If you don't see an emulator for the PC, you won't really see it for the 360.
As for what I want to see on 360, aside from all the emulators from the Xbox, I want to see a much more improved N64 emulator and a Dreamcast emulator. There is one already for the PC but it seems to need obscene amounts of power to run decently. Maybe a modded 360 will do.

I'd settle for being able to run xvid movies on it.

For me none. That's what my Dreamcast does quite well.
As far as divx, xvid, mp4 and other codecs playable on the 360, I would like to get that option either thru Microsoft or thru the underground.

Well as for the PS2 emulator, that would be more diffecult to code on a 360 than a Gamecube emulator since this still uses PPC prossesers, but their will be some slight differences in the arcutecture.
It would be almost perfect for emulators thought since their are 3 prossesers, more than enought to emulate all the systems chips for a cosnole and plenty of power to do it with and not put strain on the system :D, if for some reason it needed more ram, you could always claim the systems hdd swap space and use that :D.
If an N64 emulator is ported to the Xbox360 I hope its etheir Project 64 or 1964 and that they also port Rice Plugin so High Rez packs can also be used with the roms too :D
