My suggestion is to get one yourself and buy the equipment to flash it. The nature of the xbox 360 means you'll need to update the firmware every so often to stay ahead of MS anyway.
Reasons doing it yourself could be better:
1. Pre-Flashers tend to add extra cost per unit despite them not doing much at all.
2. Sending the drive/360 for updates will cost you every 3-6 months
3. Sometimes C4eva misses something or there's a bug requiring a .1/.2 firmware version meaning you'll need to update again.
4. Security fixes are often important, do you really want to stop playing your 360 and send it off every firmware update? or even risk a ban by not updating?
5. You don't know what 360 you'll get, its still better to go to the store and look for a jasper 360, You have no way to monitor stock and may end up with a 2006/2007 unit that will have a higher chance of failing.

Well if that didn't convince you and you're determined to get a pre-flashed 360 i know of two good places in the uk. Ghost2fitter offers an arcade pre-flash for £189 and 12 months warranty with them. 360upgrades.co.uk offers an arcade for £179 one of their guys frequents the Wii forums here and obviously cares about his customer base.

Just remember an arcade costs £129 and you can get the gear to flash it for £5-£40 if you do it yourself.

you will have to forgive me but,if i am not mistaken it looks like they just sell the console unit on its own.

personaly i would not trust any site that offers modded 360's.

i would just go asda as they have arcade there for £124,then you get a brand spanking new 360 with everything.

then just send it to someone and get it flashed.

i charge £32 to flash and redeliver a console unit so when you are shopping bear in mind what i have said as you will end up paying that or more just for the flash and then you will have postage on top.

well I have a 2 month old unflashed pro with 60gb hd fully boxed with all leads /controller.
Ill sell it for £150 inc flash plus what ever postage parcel force want to charge.

thats cheaper than a new unmodded pro, and the firmware on cd.
