The latest weekly UK software sale charts denote that Wii Fit has managed to remain on top. Although Chronicles of Riddick managed to challenge it as it entered the chart at a healthy number 2 spot. Elsewhere, The Godfather II, FIFA 09 and Resident Evil 5 make up the top five in the UK.

and yet again something on the wii sees off its short lived competition, how come if nobody likes the wii and nobody buys anything for the wii its alwas wii titles that are in the charts for months on end whilst games that supposedly sell well come and go in a fortnight?

is it the curse of the online game where if you havent bought it in the first couple of days / weeks it no longer sells?
