HDMI Display Problems

I am just having weird problems with my Xbox 360 lately. It is about a year old now. The display is doing strange things. It is flickering and the colours don't seem right. This problem comes and go.

I know the problem is not the cable or my display becuase I have tried another Xbox using the same cable and another display with the same faulty Xbox 360.

I am getting the feeling that the graphic card is about to go.

How do I know exaclty if it is the graphic card, and how do I fix it?

Have you Checked the HDMI Cable connection? Is it connected properly.
If connection is loose than it start flickering second just checked out the graphics card. Is it OK?
