Is it possible to turn a 1 ring xbox (out of the 1 year warranty) into a 3 ring xbox (inside the 3 year warranty)?!

Just say it's 3 red lights and send it off they never check them and if they did say anything thing then all you've got to say is that when you sent it off it had 3 red lights
