What happened to my mem stick?

I have 5.02 gens (full) a psp 1000 with a 1gb sandisk stick. i had like 260 mb left of space on my stick. then i loaded the virtual earth homebrew and when i went back on the home menu... it said 0kb left on the stick... What happened?

I have no idea... Try to format it (from the PSP)... Is it a fake one?

no... ive had that stick for like 2 years... i got cfw a few days ago.. it played emulators. homebrew, and isos fine... but a few hours ago it decided to be a rebel and say its full when its not

as of now im gonna blame it on gens... as when i had m33 this problem never occured
