pandora battery

I have a 1003 psp runnning the very latest M33 firmware and im tryin to make a pandora to do a friends. i can logically format the card etc etc but like -Xorange90X who posted the same fault on page 9 of the guide- i cant run the software on my psp. getting same 80020148 error. ive tried manually installin the files and folders aswell as several different installers some of which automatically create the msipl, kd, psp,game and registry files but i always get the same error wen tryin to run pandora files on psp. i read it cud be the settin of my M33 so i format flash1 and reset settings (not knowing wot it or i was doing) thinkin it might help, now wen trying all the previous methods of trying to do pandora instead of gettin just the 2 pandors files show on my xmb in games i now have 4, the origional 2 plus 2 corrupt files.

ive read about 30 different guides and how to's but i cant see where im goin wrong. and ideas?

have you set the kernel to 3.xx?

kernal is set to 1.5 as suggested my firmware is 5.0M33-4

Have you actually installed the 1.5 kernel add-on?
You are using a fat psp right?

my psp was dun for me so not sure, wen i got to my recovery menu and into configuration i changed the game folder homebrew from 5.xx to 1.5 then backed out. so now it says (currently 1.50 kernel )

Yeah the recovery will always give the 1.5 option but you actually need to install it.

ok i d/l'd that extracted and dragged and dropped the folder in the 5xx folder in the psp folder, went to games folder and run, it instructed to press cross to continue then comes up wiv incorrect or inexsistant 1.50.pbp at root. ive since tried again after putting the original 1.50 update in both root of ms and in mp_root folder but wiv the same results? some1 cud make a killing wiv on fone tech support wiv this lot.

Rename to 1.5.pbp
Make sure you check in dosprompt that it isnt called 1.5.pbp.pbp
Drop in root of memstick.
So say you memstick is X:\ it needs to be there.
