Please help me out!!!! Cant find com3 by using ck3 pro

no idea about today,shoud be my lucky day but not for my xbox 360...

Today I got my ck3 pro tools and probe,everything ok until I installed ck3 usb driver.When I run JungleFlasher .26 BETA, I got erro message " window drive not ready".
After cancel this window message,JungleFlasher .26 BETA start,but I cant find com3 in com port list, only com1 one option.....what is wrong with that,that really drive me crazy.....
Btw, I have tried ck3 1.2.4 tools and still cant find com3 port.......

please anyone help me!!!!!

whats this with regards to.

you flash to the liteon using sata,so you dont have to worry about coms.

and if your using it to xtract the liteon info,i recommend you dont use it if your having trouble already.just use the latest version of dvdkey32 as you can type the com number in.

really thanks saleem,but why when i install ck3 usb drive,no "found new hardware"message pop up,so you think that is ok?

btw when i tried dump lite on key,always bad key like 0000000000000 been dumped....:confused::(

your supposed to install the usb driver before you plug in the usb and before you install ck3 1.2.4 tools. Uninstall everything you've recently installed (ck3 tools, usb driver and uninstall hardware) and then go through the procedure again and it should work perfectly! ;)

Make sure the USB is plugged all the way into the connector kit.. the first time I tried it wasnt plugged all the way in.. then all of a sudden it kicked into life and com 3 was there :)

There are NO ports in the list for me. Nothing at all.
I manually typed in COM1 however (in the drop down box area)and low and behold it worked. I don't need to do any dos stuff with it or use any other tools.
Thats the only niggle I had with the whole jungle app. Everything else works a charm. VIA card an all.

I have had a similar problem. Installed portio and CV3 USB drivers before connecting and now there is nothing listed in device manager for the com&lpt ports. When I try to run ck3 tool 1.2.4 and hit find usb, it says no usb device found. Anyone have any help getting the usb port recognized on the ck3 pro?

i am having the same issue. the chip by the usb port gets hot when plugged in and i get no response by the PC. email me at stevecostantino @ gmail . com if anyone knows this issuee

install software, then plug in usb CK3, win xp finds it, does it's magic then allows com 3 to appear in jungle......... then work your magic 8)
