online / offline profiles with nxe

Hi all,

I got a 360 arcade last week, but I don't have an internet connection at home, for xmas I am at my parents' so I connected up to XBL and signed up.

Now I have a profile for offline that has my old saved games on from the last week, and a profile that is for online...

I don't want this, I just want all my savegames + xbl on 1 profile:

Is there any way to connect with my old profile to XBL but keep it attached to my existing microsoft live password ?

If your online and offline Gamertags are the same then you have to do this.

1. Take the online gamertag and purchase 800 MS points
2. Perform a name change on that gamertag
3. Now connect your xbox to the internet and associate your good gamertag with xbox live

all done.

you might need to first associate your online tag with your xbox.
