If it says firmware 2.71SE then yes. Anything newer than it, OE or M33 is just ok.

MEM that the apps designed for 3.xx firmwares (OE and M33) need to go into GAME or GAME3xx/4xx, based on what firmware you have.

GAME150 folder is only for PHAT PSPs with newer firmwares (example, 5.00m33-4) and Kernel addon 1.50, since that folder is for older apps for kernel 1.50.

yep, just make sure your PSP is in 5XX kernel mode. Alternately, you could put it in the GAME5XX folder...

btw is there a need for a 5XX folder? and the 5XX is for a psp with 5.XX cfw right?

there isn't a need for the GAME5XX folder, it just makes it easier to execute programs in the correct kernel. and GAME5XX is only for 5.00m33; earlier custom firmwares had differently named folders...

by easier... do u mean its easier because of organization? or does it make the programs execute better?

By easier, I mean that if you have your 5XX kernel apps in the GAME5XX folder and your 1.50 kernel apps in the GAME150 folder, you don't have to change your kernel in recovery when you want to play a game of the opposite kernel, you just run it.

Ah, with a slim, you always use 4XX or 5XX kernel, so you won't. apologies for the confusion.

well with the confusion... does that change the answer on whether a slim can run it? or can i still run it?
