Has anyone bought a replacement shell for their DS, like

this one here (http://cgi.ebay.com/Nintendo-DS-SHELL-SKIN-REPLACEMENT-KIT-5-Color-Ship-24h_W0QQitemZ8237261351QQcategoryZ41037QQrdZ1QQcmd ZViewItem) ?

I was wondering how the installation and quality is for these shells. They look pretty good for a third party piece, and I saw some pictures and they even come with the Nintendo jewel and the serial number sticker.

Any thoughts?

yeahhhhhhh thats not really a shell thats just a "skin" ..... still pretty cool, seems to me like a waste but whatever works ;-) and i'm sure its not that it "comes" with a serial sticker or nintendo jewel, it just probably doesn't cover the jewel or the original sticker. guess it'd be nice if your DS was all scratched up and ugly but i wouldnt bother ;-)

Whoops I meant this one. (http://cgi.ebay.com/Nintendo-DS-NDS-SHELL-SKIN-REPLACEMENT-KIT-ship-24-hrs_W0QQitemZ8237760836QQcategoryZ49230QQrdZ1QQcmd ZViewItem)

It says
Replacement of original case and comes with all the small parts so I'm sure that's and actual case.

Looks like a real case replacement to me :)

As for qaulity, I'm not sure, but it looks pretty good. Remember that Nintendo uses tri-wing screws for their handhelds, so you will have to get a tri-wing screw driver.

Yes I know I'm gonna have to get a tri-wing. They're not too expensive so its no problem.

Here is a website I found from a guy who bought one.

He seemed very satisfied, so I'm probably going to buy one later.
