Hey guys,

Got Popsloader 5.00 with 5.00 M33-3 (Well, obviously) and I'm finding Driver won't run on anything after 3.80. The issue is, although it runs pretty much perfectly, it freezes in replay director mode (Which I couldn't care less about) but also freezes if you Try Again or Restart, and it froze when I tried to advance out of San Francisco in Undercover mode, dunno if that was a one time thing.

My question is, does anyone know if it's possible or if there's a pops version I've missed to fix the Try Again freeze? Driver 2 runs like ass (Moreso than it did on the actual PS1 anyway) and it still doesn't do that.

Uhm I remamber Driver Ntsc-Us 94240 worked perfectly with 3.40 pops.

With 3.52 pops game works perfectly except that you can't restart missions because it freezes.

Xenogears is correct...if you have the PAL version (as I do) change the Game-ID to the NTSC one (SCUS94240) and this will fix the issues you mention. Also run it from 3.40 PoPs.
I have not tried the newer PoPs as it works fine on 3.40.

I had one with the ID SLUS somethingorother. I changed the ID like you said with PSX2PSP and ran it in 3.40 and the menu's didn't work properly and it still freezes.

I own the game but I think I'll have to download this Ntsc-Us 94240 version from the internet.

Mmm... strange how it does not work for you.
I own the original disc also (SLES version)...last night I tried running it on the newer PoPs version (5.00, 4.01, 3.90, 3.80 etc).
It would not run properly on these, but I found it ran perfectly on 3.71...even better than 3.40 (3.40 had a slight sound glitch in training mode).
I have a PSP fat running 3.71M33-4 and it runs on the native PoPs perfectly on that.
I also have a slim running 5.00M33-3 and It runs perfectly if I select 3.71 PoPs.
