xbox is freezing, need help

So my xbox 360 is freezing when I play games. I just cleaned the laser. Its not that hot. Its well ventilated. And it plays Castle Crashers of the hdd with no problems. When I play my games it freezes after 5 or 10 minutes of playing. What the heck is the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is about the get either RROD or 1 red light mate. I repaired my own RROD about 12 months ago and installed an extra fan inside the console and it was perfect until it started freezing on me after about 20 minutes of play. I stripped it back down and re-did the xclamps with no joy. The only problem is that it didnt develop 3 red lights and MS wont repair for free unless it does. So i suggest doing what i did, wrap it in a towel until you get 3 red lights then send it back then they will replace it. i have done that and received my console back today.
i just made sure that i put the x-clamps back.

a couple of days ago i played a burned saints row 2 for about an hour before i had to stop. and i just played a real oblivion for over 3 hours. now i have the same problems again.
