XBOX360 moded can play on live by using original game? Anyone have experince? It also

Hi everyone. I need some advice from someone have experience to use original game disk (Halo 3) to play online game (Live). It's possible still have banned from M$? Please advice me with the one who ever play moded XBOX 360 with original game onn LIVE.:o

You will only get banned if you play backups online.

An original, xbox or 360 should be fine.

I only ever play originals online and backups offline. The way I see it, if its good enough to play online then I dont mind spending the money to get an original.:o
