Need help on CCw cheat

I'm having trouble with the CCw cheat for psp..

i can't open the cheat because of my select button is malfunctioning...
:(:(:(

so,

can someone tell me how to change the default button without needing to

enter the game and press select for 3 seconds in game?

or changing the default button without pressing the select button..

What do u mean by "malfunctioning"? maybe u can take off the faceplate and press the button that way?
