problem with 1.50 addon for 4.01M33

when i go into the program '1.50 kernal addon for 4.01' everything goes well it starts flashing 'flash0' until about the last one where it says ERROR for the directory "flash0/km/systemctrl150.prx". am i supposed to do something before i install the addon?

Try to reinstall 4.01 M33.

Re-flashing 4.01 is more likely the solution, but the 150.pbp is present on your Memory stick?
