memory stick isn't being recognize

Just today i put an CSO file into my psp. Right after i did so my psp stopped reading my memory stick. It said to go to settings>system settings to reformat, but when i do so it says no memory stick has be insterted. i tried to reformat it on my ps3 and it says an error has occured unable to format. then i tried to reformat it to FAT32 with my PC it says unable to format =/. Does anyone have any solution for this problem? If so please help me.

try delteing the file u put on ur psp?
or u can check if its the memory card or psp by putting the memory stick
into your phone (if ur phone can take the memory card) or try putting them into one of those computers thingies and puttin it in comp.

ty for trying to help, but i already tried that i can't delete the file becuase nothing is reading the memory card =/.

no i've had this problem before all i did was took out my mem stk, plugged in the USB and went onto USB mode go to my computer then plug tht mem stk back in :)

no i've had this problem before all i did was took out my mem stk, plugged in the USB and went onto USB mode go to my computer then plug tht mem stk back in :)

the thing is, i lost my USB cable so i use my computer memory stick reader thing to replace the USB mode. My computer can't read the memory stick either. And yes i can't hack nefiles until i get a new memory stick or fix this one =/.
