I've changed the apperance and gender with your guide, but when I wear armor, the hairstyle changes. Could you please tell me where to edit this, so that it doesn't change?

It's natural.
Some helm designed to change character's hair.
The only way of avoiding it is just not to wear helms or wear pierce series helm.
