I want to buy a psp slim from bestbuy today and I want to hack the psp so what are the chances that i get the new TA-088v3,2 motherboard in the psp.

when you buy one just open the umd door and check the little # in the top left corner of the unit and see what version the mother board is.you should be able to convert it no matter what the version is.

i have a psp slim but the screen is crack u just need to replace it. its just sitting in my closet im doing nthing with it since i alreayd have another psps slim.
