It would seem as if two of Microsoft's big family friendly titles will have a sligly discount on arrival this Fall. At a number of online retailers including Gamestop, both Bajoe Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts and Viva Pinata 2 have been priced at $39.99.

Two of Microsoft’s key family-friendly titles might be discounted when they ship this Fall. On a number of online retailers, Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts and Viva Pinata 2 have been mysteriously priced at $39.99.

This wasn’t the first time that this price point has popped up, either. In early July, the $39.99 price point was shown on GameStop’s online store for both Rare titles.

Well it seems it may be true for Viva Pinata at least. Can't really comment on Banjo as it's still good 3 months away, maybe the price hasn't filtered down to the retailers yet.
