Idstorage

Hello everyone,
my psp is bricked and for repair it I need a copy of the idstorage of a psp-1001 with a motherboard ta-079, if someone could help me it would be cool.

IDStorage is unique to each PSP. Even if someone is to upload one and give it to you, it wouldn't work. Sell your PSP for parts or something. Maybe when the new Uptopia kernel comes out, maybe that would provide a way to fix. As of now, if you can still run the recovery menu, there is still a way for you to run homebrews.

^it would work if you use nandtool to write the keys as the tool will try to regenerate some of the keys for the unit. though umd and running any installer that uses official SCE updater will not be possible but homebrew, wifi and launching of backup games can be restored.

haha so you think you're going to be that lone exception in the scene where someone else's idstorage is going to magically work on your psp - and restore full functionality?

u can't use another psp's idstorage, it's different from 1 psp to another...even if u do that, some parts of the psp will not work (umd drive, wifi, mermory stick reader etc.)..better fix it with pandora if u have 1 near by

Using another PSP's IdStorage will just make things worse and destroy whatever you have left of the correct IdStorage. Don't bother.
