both good but go for the supercard.

slightly higher compatability
the ez-v 3in1 beats the crap out of having to swap from slot 2 card to slot 2 card depending on what you want it for.


both cards are good on their own so maybe look at prices for an m3 real on its own and add a 3in1 yourself.
