Rumor: Sony to announce 80GB PS3 Core Pack for Europe

According to reports, Sony Europe boss David Reeves will soon confirm that they will be replacing the 40 GB PS3 with the 80 GB in Europe too.

I was just about to pick up a 2nd PS3 for my living room as i already got one upstairs. Now i guess i will wait for the 80 gigger :cool:

The 80gb is coming because of the video store to keep a lot of movies on the hdd..

that could be, that the europeans get ths video-store , too....:rolleyes:


Anyway.. the 80gb is the 40gig-version, so just 2 USB-slots and no PS2-Games functionality -.- I'll stay at my 60gb version!
