Does anyone know what the folder is called in Xplorer 360 that contains gamer pictures?

Since most DLC gamerpics are signed with a PIRS/LIVE key simply changing the device/console ID will not work. That is why most gamerpics are not signed to a particular profile anyways, they are just signed to the console via the PIRS/LIVE key.

But for those gamerpics like pac-man and gears where you get them inside the game I can see how this can work.

yes if it is game-created, lie seriously and some arcade games, it is definately a CON file and can be resigned with the CON resigner on my site.

Has anyone been able to modify the picture of the con gamerpics? Cause I would live to replace seriously with the chainsaw gamerpic hah...

i have tried with no luck currently, I injected pictures into them but they wont read on the xbox but maybe i'll try again soon. I would like to know where the size of the png is stored withing a gamerpic con file tho...

look through the con in your hex editor and search for the original filename that was in there. replace all of those values with the one you injected.

also, how the hell do you inject?
