How do I open .PAK files?

Which program should I use to open .pak file? Also can anyone tell me what to remove from puruit force to make it 945 mb?

It would seem that no conventional pak editor will open the file that you're referring to, so unless you want to write a custom tool yourself, you're not opening that archive.
